AROSE Scholars is our signature scholarship and student success program for underserved Black & Brown high school graduates located across Chicago, IL and Flint, MI. Our program was created to provide support to promising students as they transition and persist through post-secondary education. AROSE Scholars become a part of a community of like-minded, resilient students committed to continuing their education and becoming the next generation of leaders. Our students are paired with a success coach dedicated to helping students navigate through their real-time school experiences and utilize action planning to ensure they achieve their academic goals. We help our students develop and grow through tailored leadership and personal development workshops to provide them with the fundamentals for success.
